What type of proxies do you offer?

We offer premium datacenter proxies that are shared amongst a pool of users. We also provide a high-quality pool of ~70M residential IP addresses.

How many IPs are in the proxy pools?

Our datacenter pool contains over 5,000 IPs, with more to come. Our residential pool consists of ~70M IPs over a month period.

Do you offer free trials?

We no longer offer free trials due to abuse. To test a package, purchase the smallest plan available before upgrading to a larger one.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Ethereum (ETH). We will be accepting Stripe and other payment methods soon. We no longer accept PayPal as a payment method.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. Please purchase the smallest plan available to test whether the proxies support your use, as all sales are final.

How are the proxies authenticated?

Each datacenter proxy package supports IP authentication, with 1 IP auth available per plan. The residential proxies are authenticated via username:password.

I have a problem whitelisting my IP. How can I fix this?

If you are having trouble authenticating your IP address, try and launch a VPN to obtain a different IP address before authenticating again.

Am I able to filter proxies to a specific country?

Our residential proxies support country-level targeting from over 195 regions. You can select a specific region in the dashboard when generating your proxies.
